About us

Headz Up CIC was founded in 2025 by director Adam Bradley.

Adam has worked in the community sector in Dudley for over a decade and is deeply passionate about the area, having lived in Dudley all his life.

Adam is a qualified counsellor and NLP coach, with Level 2 Mental Health First Aid and Level 2 Multi Sports Coaching qualifications. Adam is also a UEFA C qualified football coach and a board member of Dudley’s Pride of Place programme.

Headz Up CIC was created to respond to a clear gap in local services.

Adam has lived experience of poor mental health following long term physical illness, including undergoing a double hip replacement.

This experience shaped the vision for Headz Up CIC, combining physical activity with specialist mental health support in a way that feels accessible, relatable and stigma free.

What We Do

Our work supports young people, with a strong focus on men’s mental health.

We deliver multi sport sessions alongside education programmes and professional counselling. By combining physical activity with open conversation and specialist support, we help people build confidence, resilience and healthier coping strategies.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve mental wellbeing.

We do this by creating safe, supportive spaces where people can be active, talk openly and access professional mental health support. We aim to reduce stigma, remove barriers to help and support individuals to move forward positively in their lives. At the heart of everything we do is a simple message: Your Mind Matterz.
